Silent reflux and hoarness
Earlier i have 2 ulcer around 5 mm in antrum...Later on they are healed ...But after 4 months...i have problem in my mouth...When i wakeup in morning i need to clear my throat and also feel soarness...The symptoms are max at morning or when i feel hungry...Food help in relieving the symptoms...So now my mouth is starting hurting..i take pantaprazole 40 mg twice a day...That i used earlier when i have ulcer...And try to change food habit...Can you suggest me some more steps...Or you can tell me any oral antacid that i used in day time...For silent reflux...To cure lot...Help me par...It na lamba msg type kiya hai kuch toh btana please i request to u...Hope for good reply

Endoscopy may be needed to rule out organic causes. Functional GERD is the commonest cause. Stress Lifestyle factors are important.

Silent Reflux can be cause of sore throat. Continue same medicine but consult Gastroenterologist in your city. Dr Avinash Tank www.dravinashtank.in
