You are not alone going through such issues. Boost your confidence and work towards your priorities.  Challenge yourself to achieve things in your favour  (be it academic,  be it sports etc). All people who cornered or avoided will come behind you. Learn to love yourself, work on your strengths,  known your limitations and convert them as strengths. Consult a Counsellor,  maybe your school has one.  If not, express your feelings to your parents and ask them to take you to a Counsellor for professional help.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
