With the above mentioned symptoms , this goes more in favour of allergic rhinitis. Many people suffer from such kind of sneezing on and off, cold, sometimes cough. It may also have seasonal characteristic. I know it becomes embarrassing sometimes as this sneezing is very unpredictable. However good news is u can get rid of it very easily. Certain nasal sparys if used as per doctors consultation will help you very much. And nasal sparys act locally so it does not have systemic  effect . Sometimes nasal sparys need to be combined with inhalers if it is needed which is again decided by doctor. Recent research also recommend use of vaccine against specific allergen.  ENT specialist can give u better suggestions.
Next Steps
consultation with chest physician or with ENTspecialiat. pulmonary function test hemogram
Health Tips
as u know, pranayama specifically anuloviloman is very much useful for maintaining our breathing. so let's start with it to increase your nasal immunity !
