CT brains scan result. What does this mean ? Do I have sinus ? I have continuous headache for 7 days.
Observation : Serial axial sections of the brain are studied without contrast. Mildly dilated ventricular system. Dense right sigmoid and transverse sinuses. Cerebral sulci, thalami, basal ganglia, cerebellum and brainstem are normal. No midline shift.
Impression : 1. Mildly dilated ventricular system. 2. Dense right sigmoid and transverse sinuses. Suggested MRI with MRV.

What you have mentioned here is not related in any way to your sinus (related to the nose)
This sinus reported here is related to the brain.
Take the reports to a neurologist in person for further evaluation and management.
