  4. Sinus cough. Steam even is not helping!

Sinus cough
Sinus cough is not going from more than a week. It is getting very difficult to breath. Inbreathing steam even  is not helping

Take tab montelukast plus levocetrizine once daily  30 min before dinner for 3 weeks. Otrivin nasal drop two drops each nostril three times a day for 4 days. Take pantoprazole once daily before breakfast for 3 weeks. Warm saline gargle and steam inhalation
