Sinus Infection
Ive been having sinusitis for a week. Yesterday 3 days ago, I started noticing foul odor in my nose whenever weather is too hot or if Im in room that is too cold.

avoid oily spicy food and have early dinner

It can be due to mucoid discharge coming from sinuses.You need a course of antibiotics and decongestants.
