Sinus issue
I have sinus issue,my nose is blocked because of large balloon type phelm formation in nose(bulgam). please recommend what to do and how to remove it.

You have allergic rhinitis and what you are describing as a balloon type phlem is a polyp.Nasal spray like Azeflo or momeflo will be helpful
