I have sinus problem from childhood my nose becomes blocked sometimes due to it i have refereed ENT doctors too and i am currently on nasal sprays is it ok for me to sometimes for like 1-2 hours be in AC ROOM because it is now summer season and temperature is unbearable like 40 degrees so will it affect my sinus more i am not in directly with ac its making my room cold and i just use ac for 26-28 degrees not less than this so will it be harmful or i can use it sometimes i want professional ans

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Your symptoms have no correlation with temperatures set in AC. you need to continue using nasal sprays. Physical exercises can reduce severity of allergy
