My father aged 53, suffering from sinus problem .. he is unable to sleep at night due to breathing difficulty. He feels like, the air which is coming out of nose and entering into his ears. Head is heavy and painful, sweating. Kindly suggest us what to do.

Get a CT scan of his paranasal sinuses and Mastoids in direct coronal view, .5mm cuts and then get back to me via Practo's Direct Teleconsultation option and upload the report.
