Sinus tachycardia
I had palpitation when sleeping so done ecg and it shows as Sinus tachycardia. My bp reading is 140/90 so doctor prescribed medicationto lower my bp. My question was if I start medication for bp should I co Timur for mu whol lifetime? I am 35 years now and worried abt this. Also If bp normalise does the ecg reverse to normal?

5.5 and 70 kg with stressful lifestyle  may have precipitated this... try to normalize your lifestyle. Join yoga or running or cycling groups. Come down to your lower BMI. Aerobic exercises reduce the heart rate, normalize the BP, and have a great help on general wellbeing. If you train yourself nicely, you may be off medications within 2 years.
