If you are a chronic decongestant nose drop user then you might be suffering from condition known as rhinitis medicamentosa. You need to stop these drops immediately and consult a ENT surgeon. Medical management with course of topical and oral steroids can be beneficial. If not you may have to undergo surgical reduction of enlarged turbinate. I am not very sure about sinusitis as it requires thorough clinical examination, CT and endoscopic examination
