Sinusitis allergy cough and headache
I have shifted to pune since 10 yrs and having sinusitis allergy since 7 years I can't eat curd buttermilk or banana every 1 or 2 months I get severe headache and chronic cough bulgum which I have to spit this lasts for 8-10 days all sinus portions get swelled

You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to undergo detailed clinical examination, diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to confirm the diagnosis. Once confirmed treatment can be planned
