Sinusitis
Is there any permanent cure of deviated septum sinusitis as this sinusitis goes and comes back. I have this sinus since last 2 years but since last 2 months i had four five times sinus pain which includes differnt symptoms everytime like sometimes its sore throat breathlessness chest tightness cheat pain facial pain nose heaviness and nose pain Is there any permanent cure for this

Since you also hv chest symptoms, do consult chest specialist/ pulmonologist. Mild deviation of nasal symptom, nothing much is required. If nostrils remain badly blocked and if you hv to breathe through mouth, then get evaluated. Do CT PNS
Next Steps
Also do PFT if you hv any hypertesponsive Lung’s with airways narrowing.

There are 2 condition. First is only deviated nasal septum and second is deviated nasal septum with allergic rhinitis. In first condition patient usually improves after surgical interventions but in second condition symptoms are present even after surgical intervention. It is better to consult with ENT surgeon for the same.

need to have look at scans of ur sinuses and medicine details you have taken..consult a pulmonologist for further detailed evaluation and management!
