Sinusitis.
My right nostril is blocked , unable to inhale- exhale freely. I am suffering from sinus can anyone suggest best solution.

You can have sinusitis or simple DNS with allergy with or without turbinate hypertrophy.

It may be DNS, Nasal Polyp, or Inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy, or Acute/Chronic Rhino-Sinusitis depends on what u have treatment is directed in that way. U have given incomplete history.

There are multiple causes.need to see physically or else take some medicine first through online consultation .if not resolving ,  you can do one CT scan nose if physical consultation is not possible.

Just blockage of right side of nose, does not mean you are suffering from sinusitis, unless u are having additional problems. If obstruction is structural , then surgery needs to be done. You can try taking a nasal spray, to see if it helps you.
Next Steps
Take fluticasone furoate nasal spray, twice daily . CT scan of PNS to be done, to get a complete picture

Please wash your nose with nasowash or physiomer isotonic solution 2 to  3 times a day to clear your secretions Nasal spray to be used
