Sir ghoomna
Hello Dr Whenever i bend to take something my head spins ( sir ghoomta hai chakkar sa feel hota hai) & it happens in sunlight too.. & it's happening for the last 4-5 years.. But now a days i feel it very often.. & m suffering from fibromyalgia also.. Is there anything serious about this? Please let me know why this happens? Do i need any treatment..? Or it's just due to weakness..

It can be due to low Hb or Bp , get your CBC test and BP check up done and consult back. If it's not the issue then it could be vertigo which lead to head spin (what you described) that can be treated with proper medication.

go to check of ur bp and hb level. it also may be weakness or orthostatic hypotension. exact what is problem it known after examination. u should consult ur nearest physician or u consult directly here personally.
