Sir I am suffering from agistamatism

My vision in the left eye is obvious and every object becomes too small and some reflected objects appear too bigger and some objects gets sink by four directions my cylindrical point is 3.75 my age is 17 and now sometimes I am getting headache and I need take bed rest
So please doctor give me suggestion
