1. small and contracted right kidney with Grade 4 parenchymal changes ( chronic kidney disease )
2. Diffusedly narrowed right renal artery and significantly reduced internal vascularity of right kidney.
3. Compensatory of hypertrophy of left kidney with normal renal artery Doppler on left side.
Age - 54 male , continuing Bp and diabetic medications...
