My father is diabetic patients and now we check then 3 months average 153 but creatinine frecvantly change till-6.7 also 15 your left leg lover side some ghav till as it is condition not increase nor dicrease. and uper side lipoma so please guide why creatinine level is flcachuate.

Your father is suffering from diabetic Nephropathy. Now he probably approaches to need for hemodialysis. The leg lesion can be secondary to diabetic neuropathy.
You must meet a nephrologist and try to maintain strict control of diabetes.
