Sitting while study
Can I study while sit on bed because I can't afford study table and chair. I have to study for long hour for an competitive exam and it requires long seatings so what should I do please suggest. So that I should not suffer from any body pain problem and constipation

Sitting surface don't matter ,what matters is the posture. Sit in a position where the backbone is straight.
