  4. Skin allergy. Black marks over my skin!

Due to water prblm I have occurred skin allergy around my penis and lilltle bit at another parts of body its black in colour and skin irritation is more and it's making my skin white and dirty. Could I know how to heal and remove dat black marks over my skin
