Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor M 25 years female m dealing with skin rashes more frequently so m taking Avil 25mg and cetrizine tablet from past 5 years m having hypothyroid but this allergy is from 1 year is it both related??? N I have I have absolute lymphocyte count 4.96 n lymphocyte count is 11900!! My question is y is it?? Is it from thyroid o lymphocyte?? Please m so worried tell me n will it leads to any worst skin disease plss let me knew
