In my right hand index finger, there is nail eczema and its getting bigger,now since few days the same thing is growing in my left hand index finger. How to cure it?

You need to see a Dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment options. If it's an eczema, you may have to identify triggers and avoid them for long term maintenance and preventing relapse
