Skin allergy/scars - Both the hands
I have got severe scars on both the hands which starts from arm until the elbow. All these scars were due to itches and nail scratching. Both the hands look very odd and I can't wear a half sleeve shirt. I would like to get rid of all the wound scars in both the hands. While I sleep I scrub my body using my nails which become a wound n mark next day thus leading to scars. Kindly provide advise to get rid of all these scars in both the hands.

Stop scrubbing. You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Maintenance treatment may be required to cover for recurrence. Please don't apply oil on your head.
