Skin allergy

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Since 3 days small bumps of different sizes are formed on my entire body. I feel itchy and all of a sudden small bump appears on that particular area.I am taking medicine but it is not affecting. Also on my finger tip pus got stored which hurts a lot.
