I am an event planner , my sleep , diet and routine can't be one , even if I try. I try to catch proper sleep and eat good food but I feel due to stress my skin don't look so fresh and hair looks thin and not very healthy . Some medications with no sideeefects and mild oral supplements recommwbdation will be really helpful.
