Skin became rough
My skin became rough on my hands n some spots are white. Ill apply water then it turns into proper colour.
Ill do scratching on that.
Plz advise.

Greetings. Use a moisturising cream daily for now. This could be a sun light allergy but not very visible on photos. It's advisable that you see a qualified dermatologist near you for proper direct evaluation and treatment. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
