I'd like to know the health concerns surrounding whole body skin bleaching? using creams that have hydroquinone and kojic acid and if One was considering it what would be the recommendation and why?

For skin lightening such creams are prescribed but Kojic acid has minimal to no side effects whereas hydroquinone has multiple side effects for long time use.
