  4. Skin burnt for bleach. Lighten the area!

Skin burnt for bleach
I used a hair removal cream and accidently it got a burning sensation for keeping it long resulting into severe bleach burn...its more than 5 yrs now and stil not fading and very dark..Please advise a cream to lighten the area
