What are the levels of UV radiation in India? And what is the risk for Skin cancer with daily exposure to sunlight and UV rays?

Compared to countries like Australia incidence of skin cancer is much less in India.Sun light is essential for vitD and calcium production for our body., but deliberate over exposure should be avoided by covering the skin with physical measures.
