I usually have a clear skin. From past 4 months there is a lot of pimples and acne coming and it's just destroying my face. I need a cure for this. What kind of medicine should I use?

Acne at your age are very common.
Don't worry regarding the same. Start applying clindamycin cream in the day and benzoyl peroxide in the evening for the same along with doxycycline capsules 100 mg twice daily and you will be all fine wishing 10 days.
