Skin Care Advice
Hello! I am very new to skin care and I've recently bought some face masks, both sheet and scrub. I was wondering how often should I use them. For the scrub, it is instructed that I use it 3x a week on a damp face during shower. Can I use the sheet mask on days that I'm using the scrub? Or is it bad to apply too much in one week? I've read some articles that it is recommended to use masks once or twice a week. So I am not really sure how to balance it all out.

As i don't know what the product is and what are its contents so many comment more accurately . But the over the counter commercially available cosmetic products are generally safe (and not effective because they are mild) so you can use them. Use the scrub thrice a week as recommended and use the scrub on the day you won't be using the mask. My advice would be consulting a dermatologist who can examine your skin type - assess and examine to tailor a treatment regimen that you skin would need. Hope this was helpful
