Hello doctor, I have these black patches at the end of my lips from a very long time. I used different face washes, drank a lot of water and massaged with oils as well but it didn't fade even a bit. I want to remove it completely, can you please tell me the remedies and reason behind it. Also, I have a cracked tongue.!
