Does chickn fish or egg spread vitiligo spots .i have tiny white dot type of spot on my upper lip but it does not spread but whenever i eat egg fish spreads little bit so iam confused what it is vitiligo or another skin deases

No, the foods you mentioned does not spread Vitiligo. But I would firstly suggest you to see a qualified dermatologist near you to confirm if u really have vitiligo or not.
