Skin discoloration
After I coming back from San Diego I noticed my chest/neck skin was patchy and discolored. When I first got back my scalp and neck/chest area was itchy like crazy. Now the itchiness is barely noticeable but the discolored circled patches are still there

Without looking at pictures its difficult to treat. Is your scalp is still itchy or are you worried about pigmentation only. Where do you stay usually. Do you have any diagnosed skin disease. Have you applied anything for treating your itchiness.
