Skin discoloration underarms and neck

Good evening.. Doctor. I had severe itching all over my body and my skin became dry and flakes and Dermatologist said it was ERYTHRODERMA. And I was cured by the doctor...But my concern is my under arms and neck has become dark like a patch and it's not going since 3 months.This happened only when I got ERYTHRODERMA. Otherwise my under arms and neck was very fair. Please suggest me.
