Skin etching & Rash (Female Pvt. Area)
My spouse is having an issue with her skin area near vaginal part (on lap area)..she has too much etching & rash feeling ard that area. This is since 5-6 days now.... She tried clean & dry cream, baby rash cream and even tried betnovate brown cream on affected area but of no use... Can anyone under skin speciality would help understand this issue n treatment for the same ??

It's fungal infection.... Send me the pics of affected area so that I can prescribe u the medication for relief... In private online chat section And mean while keep the area dry and clean Avoid wearing tight cloths.  Also avoid wearing tight undergarments if it got wet by any means like sweating change it immediately...  U separate towels and garments

Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it..As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment..So, please send photos of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
