The boils and areas of itching need to be examined to comment on the cause accurately. If the diabetes is uncontrolled , it can itself be the causes. Otherwise it could be due to infection as infection is more common in diabetic patients. Kindly get an examination and assessment done in person for a thorough evaluation. Hope this was helpful.
