Skin infection down the neck
My mother has developed some brown tiny rashes in the neck region, not sure what it is. Few weeks back it was minute and it got disappeared after applying turmeric.But this time it's pretty big. I have uploaded pic Can someone please suggest what it is.

There appears to be an allergy. May be something u have applied or you are using. There is associated dryness too.
Avoid self medication.
