Skin infection
My son is having some kind of wounds type on his head...I don't when did it happen how did it happen even I m not sure about insect bite...water kind of thing comes out of it...before some days it was a pimple type now it's increasing and spreading... though m using allegra syrup and azithral 200 antibiotic and momate lotion but no relief...this treatment was given by my family doctor...I have two kids and husband is out of city...so I am not able to visit my paediatrician...please help...I have attached a photo of him...

This is not insect bite. This looks like pyoderma which is bacterial infection. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. One photo is not enough for diagnosis.
