Skin infection
Thumb size skin in the back close to the neck feels like burning,looks like a scar mark but its not a scar,its expanding and I can feel the pain in the muscles of my shoulders recently, its not a type a skin infection from the outside but in the epidermal layer. Sometimes it feels likes a neddle is pinching me. I notice it in 2014 but I can feel the pain only now
