Syringomas have a strong genetic tendency.. And they usually start as age progresses. But with smoking and drinking , the body gets stressed and this triggers the genes and can push the body into 'premature' aging. This is a speculation, because I haven't come across studies or research done on syringomas that suggest this . But if you ask, the experience says that since syringomas are seen in any age, avoiding doing things that stresses out the body will definitely help in pushing the appearance of them. Sleeping on time, eating HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET and on time and exercising does wonders and will definitely help you maintain your skin in the long run . Do read this article.. it might help you get some insight on the skin (not syringomas though) : http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/09/17/listen-to-your-skin-talk-here-is-how
Next Steps
start modifying lifestyle as mentioned above (if yours isn't healthy I mean)
Health Tips
avoid spas and self medicating. there are no creams that work.
