I have delivered a baby by c section in March 2017...Today I see some white spots on my chest, back of neck and arms. I had some sort of thing before but it was brown in colour..Could these white spots be tinea versicolor? if so, can I use Nizoral cream to treat the affected areas and for how long should I use the cream?
