I have these itchy spots in the palm of my hand and on the soul of my feet. They are very dry and white. I wouod like to know what they are. A doctor told me they were fungal infections but they are not clearing up

You need to keep feet in normal temperature salt water tub twice a day for ten minutes..Rest advice later after ten days
