Skin itching near groin
Skin darkening excessively...infection speeding fast....taken medicine from doctor (terbinaforce n Cipla forederm) in mumbai....works for a while but once medicine effects reduce itching starts again....travelling for work....so maybe some infection....but it has also spread to my bums n reaching naval area

It may be fungal only but there is lots of resistance to medicine these days. Continue oral anti fungal for long. Don't apply steroid cream for more than 2weeks.
