Skin itching with rashes

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My skin is getting dry and theryby having burning and itching sensation from past month. At frst I thought its a climate change and changed my moisturier.. But now I am facing too much burning.. If I apply any olive oil it helps me for some time but again sensation starts.
