Skin patch
There are some dots like patch in upper side of right and left arm(Photo attached).There is no itching. It's has been for many years. How can I get rid of this as its looks very bad.

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing this.. specific Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription .

You may have keratosis Pilaris....it is due skin producing more keratin protein which lodges in hair follicle and block hair follicle...so it causes some bumps over that part... mostly on both arms mainly.. 
Next Steps
it can be controlled by some medicine application..  please consult online with me for further details..

Keratosis Pilaris.  Tough to treat.  Use some moisturiser.  Consult online to get ur prescription.  But nothing serious. Just cosmetic issue

Could be Keratosis Pilaris. But to conclude need the following, Are they patches or raised lesions? Is it rough to feel? Need some details and clear images to diagnose. Do consult online
