Skin shine contain mid potent steroid ,hydroquinone and retinoid acid combination. You would not want to damage you le skin further, such combination treatment is given for short duration of time. For better understanding of condition and cause for Pigmetation consult a dermatologist with clinical pictures or do visit personally! Sunscreen would help you prevent progression of condition.
