Hello Doctor
I have got some infection in my fingers, hence looking for its treatment. I am not sure whether it is due to some allergy or not as it doesn't happened in past.
Can you please help me with any medicine or ailment.

Could be allergic contact dermatitis. Apply topical mometasone cream 0.1% twice daily.
Next Steps
Avoid wet work. Wear gloves during household activities. Apply moisturizers.
