  4. Skin problem. Anything? can it be cured?

Hi, I have got something near my lips. I have got some black spots and i have that from 10-15 days. It does not itch or were not reddish. It isn't painful at all. Could you please help me know is it a virus or anything? Can it be cured? I have attached a picture of my lips and area near it. Thank you
