I am having constant itching problem with skin, especially near finger joints, followed by thickening & peeling of skin. Now developing a thumb nail spliting

It's fungal infection...Fungal infection or ring worm...common in the skin folds...sweaty areas...seen as itchy, red or black spots mostly circular shape... avoid sweating, exchange of clothes and soap.. treatment depends on the severity and location of the fungal infection..so do direct online consultation by sending photos or meet me in my clinic for proper diagnosis and treatment.
